HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All Orders placed before 2pm Arizona time will ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm Arizona time will ship next day.

See chart below for estimated transit times from Phoenix, AZ  to the Contiguous U.S. These transit times are estimates and do not take into account weather or any other possible delays. Transit days = normal business days.

 DOES ECOFORCE HEAT SYSTEMS  SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (AK, HI AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)?

EcoForce Heat Systems ships all around the world.  If you are located outside the Lower 48 States you may be contacted after you place an order if additional shipping is required.  You may choose to pay the additional cost or If you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost we can promptly refund your order.  International customers are responsible for any custom fees that may be associated with the order once it arrives at the border. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED SALES TAX?

EcoForce Heat Systems is required by law to collect sales/use tax on orders shipped to Arizona. If you are shipping to Arizona, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

AFTER HITTING “SUBMIT YOUR ORDER” I RECEIVE A “GATEWAY ERROR” MESSAGE.

Gateway error messages indicate that the Credit Card information you have entered was either entered incorrectly or was declined. Many times people forget to use the proper billing address or miss type the expiration date or card number. If all of your information is correct but the card was declined this may be caused by a purchasing limit on your card, perhaps it was exceeded. This is also often the case. If neither of these solutions works for you please feel free to call us at (480) 304-5649 to complete your purchase and we will troubleshoot your issues.

We accept returns only on Manufacturers defects.

CAN I USE THE EQUIPMENT AND THEN RETURN IT?

No, Returns must be sent back in New condition, Zero Hours Used, and in the original packaging.  All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY TERMS:

1 Year on parts and labor.

FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding an EcoForce Heat System product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

WHAT IS THE REPAIR POLICY AFTER MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR?

Once the heater is accepted by our repair department, repairs take between 1-2 days, and will be shipped back via FEDEX.
